Nachdem wir schon über 1 Jahr an Omas Gesundheit arbeiten merke ich immer wieder wie wichtig Motivation ist. Irgendwie haben einige ältere Menschen die Überzeugung, dass sie schon alt und gebrechlich sind, vielleicht auch weil alle sie so behandeln. Aber oft haben sie mehr Kraft und Mut als wir es vielleicht denken. Und wenn man sich darauf fokussiert ist auf einmal doch noch so viel mehr möglich und auch mit 81 kann man nochmal ein neues Leben haben!
